How secure is the system?
End-to-End encryption ensures secure exchange of information.
How many types of checkposts are supported?
Checkposts can either be QR TAG or NFC tag or BLE Beacons.
How cheating the system will be prevented, what if tag is copied?
It is not possible to post duties while outside the limit of geo-fence around the checkpost. Even if tag is copied guard cannot post duty while sitting at home or away from the site.
What is the literacy requirements of staff to use the system?
App is intuitive therefore to operate there are no special requirements of skills. There is a provision of attaching audio clip despite reporting activity through long text. Using distinguishing colors make it easy to identify the action.
Does KATS support customization?
Yes, You can create your own processes through skill builder and reports through report builder. Moreover, if you cannot find time out of your busy routine, you can contact us to build process as per your specifications/process for you.
Can we integrate 3rd Party Tools with KATS?
Yes, do ask for the plugin for particular tools. Moreover, you can create your own BOTS who can deal your customer through chatting tool and give them first line of response.
What are the resource required to run the system?
Our solution is cloud based therefore there is no requirement of setting up server machines but for mobile apps below are the recommended requirements.

What is a Task?
Tasks in Kazzola, span with in organizational boundaries, linking together people, information flows, systems and other assets to create and deliver value to your customers and constituents.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades and downgrades happen immediately. You'll be charged a pro-rata amount for upgrades, and receive pro-rata credit for downgrades which will be applied against your next invoice.
Do you send invoices/receipts?
Yes, by email each time we make a charge. Our email invoices/receipts include your business billing address for tax purposes.
What happens when I approach my messages limit?
We'll send you an email when you have used up all of your interactions. You can then add more if you need by changing your free plan to the premium paid one.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No you don't, you only need to tell us your name, email address and basic profile information to get an account. We'll only ask you for payment details when you move to the paid plan, which can be done after signing up for the free plan.
Is it easy to cancel if I want to?
Yes, it's as simple as downgrading to our free plan. The downgrade will happen immediately and you'll receive a pro-rata refund of any charges made for the current billing month.
